How to use CssBuy’s platform!

Step 1: purchase

Once you are clear about the product to buy, the quantities, color, characteristics and you have solved all your doubts about your purchase.

Copy the product link from Taobao, Weidian, Tmall, etc. page.
Go to the CSSBuy page and paste the link in the search engine (Select the product features).
Confirm your purchase and make payment.

Step 2: Shipping

When the product is in CSSBuy’s warehouse you will be informed in order to proceed with the shipment to your destination country.

Go to My Warehouse and select the purchases to be shipped.
Confirm the shipping address of the destination country.
Add additional services if necessary (Invoice, protection bags, etc).
Once the package has been dispatched, the international tracking number is awaited for tracking purposes.

For this service you are the one who makes the purchase on Taobao, Tmall, JD, etc. and inform CSSBuy about the arrival of a package and its contents.

Access the page where you made the purchase to obtain the national shipping information.
Copy the product link, tracking number and China shipping company.
Go to the CSSBuy page in the Forwarding Orders section and paste the shipping information.

Wait for your purchase to arrive at CSSBuy’s warehouse.
